Located just outside Kuching, Bako National Park offers visitors an amazing array of diverse tropical vegetation and wildlife, including such species as Dipterocarp trees, Pitcher Plants, Mangrove forests and Cliff forests. As for wildlife you are able to see silvered-leaf monkeys, long tail macaques, monitor lizards, famous wild boars and many types of birds, but the star attraction of the Park are the bizarre looking Proboscis monkeys found exclusively in Borneo. Beside that, there are gorgeous scenery, secluded beaches, strange rock formations and the serenity and tranquility of the untouched nature.
Depart hotel by car and by boat to Bako National Park where our experience guide will lead you to hike through some selected trails allowing you to make the most of your trip. Lunch will be served at the Park's canteen and you will be back to Kuching by late afternoon.
